Some more pics...when we can

Do Nothing
Put broken object back together
Now it will work...it always does. Magic some might say....
Finally, internet...
Hello again.
We've had a run of bad luck when it comes to getting access to the internet the last few days but finally we've managed to get a hold of it.
Right now we're in Münich where we played at Feierwerk last night. The gig was really nice and the audience was small but really into it! There was another swedish band playing at the upstairs venue (we played downstairs) called The Grand Opening and we managed to catch a glimpse of them before we went on. They were really nice and we had a very minimal breakfast this morning with them. Turns out that 2 of the guys in the band also has a project called Will Gambola Sing which might be getting on TenderVersion soon...not confirmed yet but keep your eyes and ears to the ground.
The las couple of days has been really fantastic. We've done our first gigs in Poland, Austria and Croatia and have met alot of amazing people along the way.
Bartek, our promotor in Poland was just one of them. Amazing guy, thank you B!
Scraps first ever trip to Poland were to Krotozyn, where we played the local pub. Once there we had to wait for soundcheck because Poland were playing Azerbadjan in the European Championships Qualifications. So out came the beer, the pizza and the MEGAFON!
Lucky for us Poland won with 5-0 and everyone there was happier than a kid in a candystore...we also received 2 official polish fotball-shirts...
The gig was weird, 3 official photographers were circling us all the time and taking 100's of pictures, and the crowd consisted of people rainging between 16 - 50/60 years old and the place was packed.
The very second we got of stage, on came the hiphop and dancemusic, people started to talk and drink and we didn't exist anymore. This guy decked out in a perfect hiphop outfit took his place behind the turntables and on with the disco!!!
We were dog-tired and wanted to go back to the hotel to sleep but no way, we were in Poland now and we HAD to drink some vodkas and beer. We were standing outside going "We really have to drive early tomorrow and please let's go, we have to go!!" and the reply from the barowner was "No, you have to STAY! You are in POLAND NOW!! You have to stay."
Desperate for some sleep we took one shot of vodka and some beer and then practically forced our way out of there... Any other day we cold have had an amazing night of partying but we had a looong drive the next day and really had to sleep.
The next day was Wien and we had a long drive there. Most of the day was spent listening to Logh's "North" album (which is just stunning, good work there kapitano) and sleeping in the bus.
The gig at Arena in W was also really nice, we met Andi, the promoter and some of relatives of Kenta, Martin and Daniella. Thanks for coming!!! I also did a short sologig with Tsukimono.
We also met a fantastic guy called Andrei who guided us around Wien the next morning...one of my (Johan) guitars was broken and we were to 2 different instrument stores but no luck. We also went to Schönbrunn for some well deserved leisuretime. Marcus and Kenta did an amazing feat, climbing a big hill and actually we didn't really believe them at first but there's photographic evidence so I guess we have to believe them!
We've also run across a couple of not so amazing people, like the croatian borderguards.
The first time we tried to cross the border between Slovenia and Croatia but no no...we had cd's and merchandise which aren't legal to bring into or out of Croatia since it's not part of the EU yet. We tried to reason with them but no...we either had to turn around and go back to Slovenia or just give up our merchandise (we later got to know that this bordercrossing was the worst one of them all...really strict).
We turned back into Slovenia and drove to another crossing, where we thought we might be more succesful...perhaps by asking them for help or whatever.
We told the guards straight up we were a band and that we had merch, but saying it was for promotion. They still wanted to have alook at everything and as soon as the boxes of t-shirts were on the ground "swisch"....one of the guards was taking one for himself, another guard took out marcus guitar and started to ask him what music we were playing and what tuning Marcus used and we were actually beginning to fear for some of our equipment.
More and more guards approached and in a few minutes we had given away 6 t-shirts and one hoodie...they couldn't care less about our music tho.
Well they let us go and we got in time to the gig in Varadzin.
Well there we had a great gig and we met a girl (the name actually slips all of our minds at the moment!! We're really sorry!) who wanted to come see us in Zagreb...we needed a guide so the next day we met up and drove to Zagreb. It was real lucky we had her help as we found our way in notime to SC Teatar & TD in Zagreb. There we met Brada, our promotor, who treated us like kings!!!
The concerthall was amazing and we had the best accomodation we've ever had on tour. A beautiful hotel with two big rooms and tv and everything.
On top of that we were taken to this fantastic restaurant called "Doh-Doh" and had some spectacular food. We were absolutely stuffed when we were finished and I actually thought that I was gonna puke on stage. Bring out the buckets!!!!
The gig was probably one of the best ones of our career, we played for almost 1 1/2 hour, and did 3 encores!!! There was about 100 people in the crowd and they were just amazing! We later heard that there were people who had travelled from Belgrad to Zagreb just for the gig...that's so amazing to hear...thank you!!
So here we are, in münich as I said...having a little breakfast and updating this thing...
Oh yeah, to add to the bizarre events that has happened this tour, we also got ulled over by the police yesterday. We were stopped and had to get out of the van. When the cops started to pull out the rubber gloves, I nearly wet myself...no problem tho, they just searched through our pockets and bags and then we were off again. No problem...we didn't even have any beer or tobacco on us.
Well here we are, next stop Gossau in Switzerland!!!
love/scraps
got's to love it...

Dresden morning
They day after in Dresden. Last night was completely amazing with a really strong crowd and meeting alot of old & new friends!
Framestar opened the evening with a kickass tight set of punkrock, really good! Our gig was the best sofar, we're still not quite there yet but every show is getting better and better.
We played here at AZ Conni a year ago on our last tour and it was one of the highpoints of that tour, definitly. We'll come back here anytime!

Right now we're sitting at a Smoothee Bar in Prentzlauer Berg in Berlin.
Yesterday we played Hamburg at a place called Fundbureau.
A very nice place situated directly underneat a railway,
so the trains kept thundering by over us every 5 minutes or so. The other band playing this night was a local band called Molton. They played sort of a mathy indierock with their drummer singing thru a headset...that was pretty cool since you really don't get to see that very often.
We were ok, feeling a bit old and tired since it's been almost a year since we stood on stage, save the releasegig we did in Malmö a couple of weeks ago.
Tonight we're playing a club called Schokoladen here in Berlin together with some old friends of ours, the amazing band Iona. It's gonna be so awesome to see these guys again and to hear them play. Last time we met them was actually here at Schokoladen and we both played as well. We're hoping for a similar night of awesome music and lot's of laughs!
